This is a free service for anyone between age of 3 months and 12 years old, who suffered from mild to moderate dehydration due to vomiting and dirrhoea, and meet the criteria upon assessment with one of the trained pharmacists. Vomiting and diarrhea can be caused by tummy bug, virus or food poison, leading to dehydration. If this is left untreated, it can result in serious harm to the body. It is important to recongnise the signs of dehydration and react promptly. Free rehydration therapy (Pedialyte) is available from our pharmacy to help replenish children’s lost body fluids and to help reducing hospital admissions.
